One of the most significant updates for the refreshed Chevy Traverse is found under the hood. The previous 3.6-liter naturally aspirated V6 engine has been replaced by a new 2.5-liter turbocharged inline-4 engine.

With a power output of 328 hp at 5,500 rpm, along with peak torque of 326 lb-ft at 3,500 rpm, this turbocharged four-cylinder engine is not only more powerful but also offers 22% more low-end torque.
